British Brown Bess Short Land Pattern 1779S, regimentally marked to the 55th Regiment. The 55th Regiment was given the county title of “Westmoreland Regiment” in 1782. The 1779S Musket was a late war production hurried to provide arms for the Revolutionary War.

AMERICAN HEAVY DRAGOON SABER, MODEL 1840
This heavy cavalry sword won the name of “Old Wristbreaker” from the men that used it. It was the regulation of 1840 for the US Dragoons. The sword was popular all through the Civil War and this one was contracted by Sheble & Fisher, Philadelphia.
