This is an early bronze lantaka, probably from the 18th century. It has a beautiful uncleaned old patina and is in excellent condition. There is a lot of information available on the use of the lantaka.

This is an early five-pointed ocean fishing spear, completely hand-forged. The socket was made for a long handle. It measures 14 inches long with a 4 ½ inch diameter spear.

This canvas ditty bag was recently found in a coastal Maine home. It is in excellent condition with no tears or fraying. As the photographs reveal there is some staining from the tar that was used aboard ship.
