BROWN BESS MODEL 1777 SHORT LAND PATTERN (REVOLUTIONARY WAR PRODUCTION)
This is a British 1777 Short Land Musket. This is a Revolutionary War period musket. The 42 inch barrel is fully marked with the British proofs, “Crown IP” which is believed to be the proof mark of John Pratt. The barrel is also marked “Westmoreland M”.

COLONIAL AMERICAN PLUG BAYONET, CA. 1680-1720
This plug payonet is either English or American made and fits in a musket of 75-80 cal. It has rolled and braised brass ferrels. The crossguard is iron in the shape of mortar and cannonball design.

Extremely rare child’s small-sword marked “GW” with * above letters. The touchmark “GW” is an unrecorded silversmith. There is a nearly identical child’s small-sword in the book “Silver Mounted Swords” by Daniel D. Hartzler, pg 94.

COLONIAL AMERICAN SILVER SMALL SWORD CIRCA 1720-1750
This silver mounted small sword is from a school of four or five known swords of similar construction and with the silversmith touch mark of “GW”. The touch mark as can be seen is an incomplete mark but with physical examination is attributed to the maker of the other swords.

EARLY 18TH CENTURY HALBERD-HEADED TOMAHAWK AND BOARDING AXE
$6,500.00This is an American halberd-headed boarding axe. It was found in a home in coastal Maine and is constructed from a French boarding axe of the late 17th or early 18th century. The head is forged and is attached in an unusual manner with a twelve inch long flat tang that is slotted and riveted internally to the pole.
