This is a 17th or very early 18th century London Blunderbuss. It was made by Edward Nicholson and is marked “Ed Nicholson” on the lock. His mark is also on the barrel along with London proof marks.
This broad sword or cavalry sword is 40 ½ inches overall with a 35 ½ inch blade and 1 5/8 inches wide at the ricasso. The sword hilt is brass constructed of three pieces and has the head of a dragon or gargoyle.

This sliding adjustable powder measure is numbered with Roman numerals. The body is rolled and braised brass. 4.5 X 1.25 INCHES
